A Spiritual Gifts Inventory is similar to a personality test that points toward a Christian’s likely gifts for ministry. That is, it helps identify the ways in which God might be calling and enabling us to build the Church and encourage one another.
There are many such inventories available, but this one was chosen for its comprehensiveness and online availability. It will take a bit of time, but it is worth it. To complete the Inventory, click on the Inventory tab, above.
Prior to completing the inventory, we suggest:
- Taking a few moments to sit quietly before the Lord and ask Him to enter your mind and soul; sit still and give HIm permission to send His Holy Spirit into you
- Completing the Inventory with what first comes to you mind/heart when you read the question; don’t worry too much, no one question is key
- Thank the Lord for His empowering Spirit and dedicate your gifts to Him
- Print out the Inventory result, read about the gifts that rise to the top; bring your inventory with you on February 13th
