St. Matthias’ Dinner Group 2011
The St. Matthias’ Dinner Group is starting up again. The plan is to give all
of us the opportunity to meet and get to know other church members and
to just have a good time. Gatherings can be casual or formal, regular fare
or have a theme. This is to be fun and relaxing. You do not have to host to
be able to participate. Information will go out by email…other
arrangements can be made if that does not work for you.
1. Open to all adults – couples and singles.
2. Meet once every 2 - 3 months.
3. Groups of 5-8 people will dine together.
4. Hosts will choose a date and it will be posted (by email) with the
number of guests that they can accommodate. Individuals will then
contact the host that fits their schedule.…sign up promptly!
5. Hosts will provide the main course and drinks. Others guests will
bring whatever the host requests.
6. Sign-up on the bulletin board in the vestibule so that you are on our
email invitation list. Please note if you are willing to host. (no obligation to
host)
7. Please sign-up again even if you have participated in the past
8. You can sign up later but join in the fun NOW!
